Just read this in the New York Times and found it really interesting: the use of dogs to identify cancer patients, specifically lung and breast cancer. In short, cancer patients secrete certain chemicals in their breath not normally found in the scent of normal individuals, and dogs are able to pick up this difference. The paper can be found here. In other news, I am really exhausted right now. Beauty World rehearsals from 10am to 6pm. That was really terrible. But I guess when we do put up a good show eventually, it will all be worth it. I set high standards for myself, so I dun really wanna disappoint. Talking about rehearsals, next one is on Wednesday. Damn!
